# Create Shipment api giving 404 NOT FOUND error

At the moment creating and buying labels isn’t possible through the API yet; only [creating shipments](https://developer.veeqo.com/docs/#/reference/shipments/shipment-collection/create-a-shipment?console=1). You could submit a [feature request](https://help.veeqo.com/en/articles/3803987-feature-requests) if you would like to see this functionality in the future.
