# Custom shipping API

Hi, spoke to Veeqo support about custom shipping API being enabled on our account, Veeqo enabled the API but It turns out our developer has found that we need to request this functionality?  
Please could someone come back to me with guidance on this… Ps I have no clue about tech so apologies if my question is written incorrectly.
