Is it possible to get rates from linked carriers that aren’t the default carrier? Unless I’m missing something, it appears you can only pull in shipping rates from the default carrier. For instance, I have three UPS accounts. They all specialize in different things, and I can only get the default account through the API. Please help!

Hey @Juggerknot,

By default the request will use the best rate out of the linked carriers you have connected. This is the same way as it works within the Veeqo app.

There is not a documented way to get rates just for a specific carrier account, but if you contact Veeqo Support we may be able to find a workaround specific to your needs. You can contact Support via the Support messenger in the Veeqo app or by email ( helpme@support.veeqo.com ).

Best regards,
Alex - Veeqo

Thank you, I already have a ticket open. What I was referring to is that the UI has a toggle switch that can open up all of the multiple UPS accounts I have. The API is not pulling in the accounts that are not the default UPS account.
