TraceLot adds batch-level tracking and expiry management on top of your existing Veeqo inventory. It’s built for businesses in food & beverage, beauty, supplements, pet care, medical supplies, and other industries where managing shelf life is critical.

- Batch & Expiry Tracking
- Automatic FEFO - Every order line is automatically tagged with the earliest expiry batch and lot, guiding pickers to the right lot
- Quantities sync automatically in both directions
- Expiry Safeguards – expired stock is automatically removed from sellable inventory in Veeqo, preventing accidental shipments
- Risk Forecasts & Alerts – based on 30day order velocity it predict units “at risk" and sends daily email summaries
- Full Audit Trail – Complete batch history with references to the Veeqo orders each batch fulfilled
TraceLot integrates directly with Veeqo via API. Stock movements, order allocations, and quantity adjustments sync automatically between both platforms.
