The API documentation don’t seem to help with each use case.
For example, I’m trying to integrate with my unsupported sales channel (Swell.is). And it’s extremely difficult due to the lack of documentation. At the moment, I’m able to create the product through (Swell.is) that triggers a web hook and creates a product on Veeqo, but I need this product to be created under the sales channel that corresponds to (Swell.is).
Also, in the advanced options under our direct sales channel for (Swell.is) I don’t see the same advanced options that are shown under native sales channels such as eBay and Amazon. I need the option to link the listings by SKU by default.
Hey Joe, you cant assign specifically to a Sales channel but interested to hear the use case for this and why this would be necessary. Your API itself would generally make the connection in terms of pushing/pulling inventory figures to the specific product id in Veeqo. Generally, the only other use cases for channel:product relationship would be filtering products to show which products are sold on a specific channel - you could work around this by tagging products and then using this filtering method
Let me know your requirement for this and I ll see if there is a solution
You wouldnt get the same advanced options for an API channel as you are specifically building the integration and its capabilities. There are no presets available in this scenario but you would need to essentially build the integration and its functionality to suit your own requirements
