Can you direct me to how and where I can get detailed error logs for the initial syncs?
I’ve whitelisted the Veeqo IP address as indicated in help pages, but am still running into “ERROR - Products syncing failed”. Re-installed the bridge twice for WooCommerce.
I was informed that engineers would respond to my ticket last Wednesday, but no contact yet and need to get to the next tasks. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
